Global Missions Recap 2015
By Larry Titus
Though KGM has given over $50,000 to missions already in 2015, a major part of the giving was to assist Jeremiah Swaray care for the dozens of children in Sierra Leone who were made orphans as a result of the Ebola Crisis. Over 16,000 children are now orphans in that war-torn, flood ravaged country in West Africa.
A quickly built dormitory was built to accommodate over 40 orphans, including beds and mattresses for the orphans. Simultaneously, Jeremiah began work on a school to educate the children and a new church building. All the while Jeremiah has continued conducting youth conferences throughout the year for thousands of youth.
Additional thousands of dollars have been given to powerful ministries to Muslims in both a central Asian and a North African nation.
We’re proud of the ministry Moses Nyanzi is leading in Uganda.
Frank Aikins, from his headquarters in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, has started dozens of churches in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Togo and Cameroon. This ministry, affecting much of West Africa, continues to grow exponentially.
We’re currently investing in several more ministries throughout the world, too many to mention in this short update. Please keep us in prayer as the global leaders and ministries we are investing in continue to grow. It’s only because of God’s faithfulness and your generosity that we’ve been able to see exponential growth on a global scale.
